They just call up to order a copy, then pick their holiday, call to book and then send in their voucher for verification. There is no minimum lead up time on booking, so as long as there is availability the consumer can book for next week. All travel must be booked within the 12 months validity of the voucher, although the holiday can be taken at a later stage.
